2. FLIGHTS

3. VISAS
Visa applications will need to be in conjunction with confirmed conference registration (by the Conference Organisers) and accommodation bookings with Exotissmo.
4. TRANSFERS
Private Transfers can be arranged for delegates to/from the Airport to their Accommodation venue.
5. PRE/POST TOURS
For delegates wanting to experience Vietnam, tailor made tours of North, Central and South Vietnam will be available to take in the cultural and natural surrounds.
6. TRAVEL INSURANCE

The online booking system has been designed so delegates can pick and choose from the listed travel options selecting only what they need. If a delegate doesn’t require one of the travel options they simply click SKIP/NOT REQUIRED.
Delegates make their travel bookings and payment directly online with Exotissimo, based upon the terms and conditions specified.
Exotissimo will be working closely with the WCDP2011 Conference Secretariat to manage travel transfers and logistics, with flight and accommodation details etc provided to the Secretariat for Official Conference Transfers to be organised to/from the key conference hotels to the Conference Host Venue (Furama Resort and Convention Centre) and Airport.
