 "Drowning is one of the main problems of death, fighting against drowing is an important task all over the world.  Prevention activities and teaching how to swim must be improved, especially in countries with high drowning rates. Collaboration between lifesaving, swimming and other interested organisations is a way of perspective and should be realised all over the world".
